Tahiti and Moorea are only 17 km apart. For many visitors, the spectacular aerial view of the bays of Moorea alone is worth the price of the plane ticket. Like a shark’s mouth surging right out of the island’s basaltic core, this island’s dramatic volcanic peaks are reflected in the quiet waters of Cook and Opunohu bays. The mountains’ slopes are covered in pineapple plantations, and white sandy beaches surround the crystal clear waters of the lagoon. After a few days spent lounging peacefully on this island paradise, you will no doubt come to understand what pleasure, being at peace, and true happiness are all about.

Love at first sight. This is what travelers arriving in Bora Bora usually experience after catching their first glimpse of the thousand shades of green and blue playing around in the waters of its lagoon. No wonder that newlyweds and lovers from across the globe have called this island home. Its highest peak, Mount Otemanu, flirts with the clouds, its slopes covered in dense vegetation, while below the valleys are bursting with hibiscus. Like a delicate flower necklace, the white sandy beaches and palm trees of the small islands draw a circle around the turquoise waters of the lagoon, where brightly colored fish and coral thrive.

And what about Tikehau? This delicate crown of pink sand beaches is the epitome of a picture-perfect postcard. No wonder it’s considered one of Polynesia’s most beautiful atolls. Tikehau’s exotic and sublime fragrances are matched only by the abundance of marine life: millions of fish live in these bright-blue waters. In fact, Tikehau’s waters are so full of fish that Jacques Cousteau’s research team once declared that this lagoon contained “the highest concentration of fish in all of the Tuamotu atolls”.

Day 1 | International flight
Day 2 | Papeete

Arrive in Papeete in the morning. You will be given a warm welcome complete with flower necklaces as soon as you step off the plane and someone will hand over your travel documents. Transfer to your hotel Tahiti Pearl Beach Resort (room with a ocean view). Breakfast included.

Day 3 | Papeete

Day at your leisure in Tahiti to discover the island. Take the chance to fly over the old volcano and the lush tropical forests or hike in the natural gardens of Papeete. Night at your hotel Tahiti Pearl Beach Resort (room with a ocean view). Breakfast included.

Day 4 | Moorea

After breakfast, transfer to Papeete airport for a 10-minute flight to Moorea, where you are taken to a Luxury Garden Bungalow at the Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach. Leisure time in the afternoon (feel free to enjoy one of the many optional activities on offer). Dinner included.

Days 5 to 7 | Moorea

Leisure time in Moorea, half-board (breakfast and dinner included).
Overnight at the Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach (Luxury Garden Bungalow).

Day 8 | Bora Bora

After breakfast, transfer to Moorea airport for you flight to romantic Bora Bora, where you will be taken to your Luxury Lagoon Bungalow at the Sofitel Bora Bora Marara (Hillside Lagoon view Bungalow). Free time in the afternoon.

Days 9 & 10 | Bora Bora

Leisure time in Bora Bora, half-board. Overnight at the Sofitel Bora Bora Marara (Hillside Lagoon view Bungalow).

Day 11 | Rangiroa

After breakfast, early morning transfer to Bora Bora airport for your flight to Rangiroa Atoll, known for its incredibly colorful marine life. Jacques-Yves Cousteau even said that there are probably more fish in the waters surrounding this atoll than anywhere else in the world! Transfer to your bungalow suite by the sea at the Kia Ora (Beach suite bungalow).

Day 12 | Rangiroa

Leisure time in Rangiroa, half-board. Overnight at the Kia Ora (Beach suite bungalow).

Day 13 | Tikehau

After breakfast, early morning transfer to Rangiroa airport for your flight to Tikehau Atoll, one of most preserved natural treasures of French Polynesia, with its pink sandy beaches and turquoise lagoon waters bathing in the brightest sunlight. Transfer to your overwater bungalow at the Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort.

Days 14 & 15 | Tikehau

Leisure time in Tikehau, half-board. Overnight at the Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort (overwater bungalow).

Day 16 | Papeete - Departure

After breakfast, enjoy your last afternoon of leisure in Tikehau before heading to the airport for your return flight to Papeete. Once you get to Papeete airport, you will have a few hours to spare before heading back to the airport at 9pm. Why not take this opportunity to visit the Mapuru market at Paraita, downtown, before being taken back to the airport for your return flight back home?
