Day 1| International flight

Day 2| Arrival in Tel Aviv
Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport. Transfer to Tel Aviv on the Mediterranean Sea. Deluxe:
BrownTLV, a boutique hotel located in the business district, a 10 min walk to the sea.
Alexander Suite Hotel located on the waterfront and a minute from the beach.

Day 3| Caesarea
After breakfast, pick up your rental car in Tel Aviv. Drive north along the Mediterranean coast to the ancient Roman port city of Caesarea. Use your National Park Passes to enter the site of the Roman ampitheater and see other amazing archaeological discoveries as you walk through the beachfront park.
Continue north. Suggested places to visit are Ein Hod Artist Village and Atlit Detention Camp where Jews were held by the British before being allowed to enter pre-State Israel in 1944.

Day 4| Bahai Gardens - Acre
Explore the Bahai Gardens. Drive north to the ancient seaside Crusader town of Acre, now a World Heritage site. Visit the Templar Tunnel, the Crusader Citadel, the Turkish Baths and the Okashi Museum of Contemporary Art - all within the walls of the Old City of Acco.

Day 5| Upper Galilee - Safed
After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Drive east into the Upper Galilee. Relish in a Culinary Tour of Israel’s best: visit a unique winery to sample wines made from red pomegranates grown in the vintner’s own orchards. Continue to a goat cheese dairy and winery to sample goat cheese and ice cream made from goat’s milk, as well as red and white wines from Galilee grapes. Next sample beers brewed in a Galilee brewery. Visit the Old City of Safed (Tsfat), a city of Kabbalah or Jewish mysticism and wander in the Artists’ Quarter. Continue to the Upper Galilee.

Day 6| Golan Heights
After breakfast, Explore the Golan Heights. Among the sites you will visit (weather, security and season permitting) are security points along the Syrian border, waterfalls, lunch in a Druze village, and ancient ruins.

Day 7| Sea of Galilee - Jerusalem

Day 8| Jerusalem
Explore Old City of Jerusalem, and don’t miss the Arab Souq. The Old City of Jerusalem is belted by walls dating back to the 16th century, and to the south is located the Mount Zion, a landmark revered by the Jewish community as it homes the legendary King David's tomb.

Day 9| Jerusalem
Explore west Jerusalem. After breakfast, visit the newly reopened Israel Museum in western Jerusalem for a self-guided tour and view the Dead Sea Scrolls. Options for the day include a visit to Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial and Machane Yehuda outdoor market.

Day 10| Dead Sea
Take a trip to the Dead Sea region, including floating in the mineral-rich waters and mud packs. You will visit the mountain-top fortress of Masada, a World Heritage site with cable car access. Time permitting, visit Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found, as well as the Inn of the Good Samaritan, now a museum of mosaic works found in the Holy Land.

Day 11| Eilat
Eilat is located in the Gulf of Aquaba, one of the most popular diving destinations in the world. The coral reefs along Eilat's coast remain pristine and the area is recognized as one of the prime diving locations in the world.

Day 12| Eilat
Spend the day scuba diving, snorkelling, and swimming with dolphins.

Day 13| Negev Desert
Explore Ramon Crater in the Negev desert. This unusual geological formation is in fact an erosion cirque that contains a variety of different colored rocks and a diverse fauna and flora which has been protected and preserved over millions of years.

Day 14| Tel Aviv - Jaffa
Drive north to Tel Aviv. Return car in Tel Aviv. Explore Tel Aviv and Old Jaffa by foot. Walk the length of the sea promenade from north Tel Aviv to the ancient port of Old Jaffa. Explore the open air markets of Tel Aviv: Carmel Market with foods, spices, fresh bread, bourekhas (crispy pastry dough stuffed with salty cheese), Bezalel Market for clothes at ridiculously low prices, Jaffa Flea Market for vintage trinkets, and Nahlat Binyamin Fair on Tuesdays and Fridays. In the Neve Zedek area of Tel Aviv, visit the Nahum Gutman Museum of Art to view highly colorful paintings by one of Israel’s preeminent artists, or the Reuven Rubin Art Museum located in the artist’s original home from the 1920s.

Day 15| Departure
Transfer to airport for your international flight back home.
